Join Jenna for a morning of yoga and intention setting to start off the New Year. Expect a 60 minute full body flow followed by 30 minute guided journaling practice to discover your intention for the next year. There’s no pressure to arrive on a full intention but rather Jenna will guided you through an embodied practice from start to finish to let your full being work together to tell the story of what 2027 may need to be for you.
This is a community favorite and open to all levels of practice. Bring your yoga mat, water, journal and pen. Light refreshments and hot tea will be provided after class as well as a time to shop the artisan market at Hartwell.
Come start your year off embodied, grounded, connected and present to your full being.
