Candlelight Restorative Yoga Sound Bath with Therapuetic Touch
Join Jenna on your mat for a 60 minute restorative yoga sound bath with therapeutic touch. Expect a beautiful evening of restoration and nourishment. Jenna will guide you in restorative yoga shapes, meditation and cover you with healing sound. Optional hands on assist/restorative touch will be available to deepen into rest and rejuvenation. Bring your own mat, blankets and props for a nourishing restorative practice.

2025 Intention Setting Yoga Morning Retreat
Join Jenna on your yoga mat as we welcome 2025. Jenna will guide you through an hour yoga practice and meditation. Then you’ll be guided through an intention setting practice with your journals to get clear on what this year is inviting you to embody. Come root and anchor into the new year in an embodied way. Following practice we will enjoy breakfast and tea and community.
