2025 Intention Setting Yoga Morning Retreat
Join Jenna on your yoga mat as we welcome 2025. This annual intention setting experience has been a favorite for years serving as an intentional time with your body, soul and spirit as you embody all that 2025 has for you. Jenna will guide you through an hour all levels, full bodied yoga practice and meditation. Followed by an intention setting practice with your journals to get clear on what this year is inviting you to embody. Come root and anchor into the new year in an embodied way. Following practice we will enjoy a beautiful breakfast, tea and time in community.
