YOGA FOR HEALING
dive into your embodied identity and embodied healing
Come Home & Heal
Jenna has been teaching this healing work for over 5 years now and has watched first hand the power of bringing the body, soul and spirit into the healing experience. This experience has been created to provide a safe body based healing experience by re-connecting what has been separated in your being.
You will be invited to engage the healing process through uniting
your body
your story of pain and trauma and/or grief
your true identity
Are you ready to take a deeper dive into how your body holds your story and identity? We will ground and center on the invitation, hope and desire for more healing and wholeness. This work is best completed alongside regular talk based counseling or therapy. Consider what it may be like for you to dive inward, give your body permission to feel and then to shed. We all have pain and therefore seasons of shedding and stepping into more embodied freedom. I would love for you to consider joining if you are ready to heal in community and bring your body on the healing journey.
Jenna is certified with Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider. Yoga teachers registered with yoga alliance may earn 15 CEU’s for this weekend intensive.

Client Experiences
“I never thought that this kind of healing was available for me. I have learned to ask my body what it wants when it comes to food, rest, and fitness. And my body's answer is so different than the way I have been treating it. It has been so impactful to learn to listen and to be present in order to execute that. I feel so much more present and aware in my own body. I am able to sit in the tension instead of run from it. And in those moments, I am able to speak God's truth and love over my body rather than the lies that have been planted before in moments of tension.”
“By far my favorite part was Jenna's presence, her kindness, openness and the environment of grace she created, to make room for each person's experience. My personal experience lined up perfectly week to week to things I was dealing with and facing...I think that was just very fortuitous for me! But in general I would say what impacted me was having an environment where there was an acknowledgement of the connection of mind body and spirit and a place to explore those links with others. I am very grateful for this experience and what I learned and for the privilege to share my journey with others as I continue to explore the connection between trauma and the body, as well as the heart and mind.”
“It was an amazing experience. It provided healing from the trauma of losing my mother when I was 4. I realized I had never grieved that event. It has provided peace and a knowing that my life has not been a mistake.”
“Space and movement to connect to the part of me who has not been hurt by trauma.”
“The concept of curiosity, sitting in discomfort to get through it, listening to my body, connecting to the real me.”
“So much. There were so many layers to this weekend that's hard to name what it provided for me. I now have words to how I show up in a group being related to how I showed up in my family. It named a longing and remaining grief for my father. Jenna, with bringing us into to each others stories/ healing you gave to me tools to be able to use with friends. This weekend provided me with new areas to explore in my own life such as spiritual trauma. This weekend provided me a new found relaxation in my body around other people. This provided me with 5 women who I hope to continue to maintain relationships with.”
