Welcome friends, I am glad you are here. Of all the places you could be visiting right now, you chose to pause, connect and show up and for that I am grateful. My work is my heart, soul, and offering to a hurting world. I found my way into this integrative healing space out of desperation to breathe fresh air, find my way home to myself, and to create meaning out of the shattered pieces. Through my own personal healing work, I had visions of creating a safe, embodied, spiritual space for others to bring their raw pain, emotions, and stories forward as they piece things back together and find meaning.  If you find yourself hurting and hoping, know that you are not alone. There are many on the healing journey and my hope for you is this, that you would see yourself, your story, and your pain as worthy of connection. You are worthy and you don’t have to be alone as your journey onward and through.
