Come celebrate the Summer Solstice and all the wisdom the summer season offers us in our lives and practice. We will root and breathe on the yoga mat and in community. Jenna will guide you through an hour all levels, full bodied yoga practice, meditation and time of ritual. All levels welcome. Come move, breathe and welcome the season of spring in your body, soul and spirit. Complimentary beverage and shopping the local artisans will be offered after the class as well.
