Come celebrate the Fall Equinox with yoga, a fire bowl ceremony and community. We will anchor into the wisdom of the fall season in our practice and life. Jenna will guide you through an hour all levels, full bodied yoga practice, meditation and fire bowl practice. All levels welcome. Come move, breathe and welcome the season of fall in your body, soul and spirit. Complimentary beverage and shopping the local artisans will be offered after the class as well.
