Women's Health Day Retreat
Join Jenna Little and Dr. Jordan Martine for a day retreat centered around teaching, empowering, and embodying well-being as women. You can expect a day full of workshop style teaching, discussions and journaling as well as a yoga practice, sound healing, lunch and live Q+A. Jenna is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist specializing in somatic therapy, trauma healing and life span growth. Dr. Jordan is a double board certified Physical Therapist who specializes in Women’s Health, orthopedics and oncology rehabilitation. They both have been supporting women for over a decade and call upon the wisdom of their mother who is a Certified Nurse Midwife caring for women for 30+ years. Both are passionate about trauma informed care that supports integrative wellness.
